Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Kicko, tap the menu (☰) at the top left of the home screen and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If you signed in to Kicko when you subscribed, sign in with the same Apple or Google account again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so they must be cancelled in your store account:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Kicko › Cancel Subscription, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store › profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Kicko › Cancel, or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. You keep access until the period ends. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: menu (☰) › Account Details › Actions › Delete Account. You can also request deletion by email. Full details are on the account deletion page.
How do notifications work?
If you allow notifications, Kicko can notify you about matches in the leagues you mark as favourites. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Are the predictions guaranteed?
No. Predictions are statistical analysis and can be wrong. Kicko is for information and entertainment only and is not betting advice. See our Terms of Use.
