Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kicko mobile app and this website. Kicko is published by Gökhan Tuncer, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using Kicko you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Kicko provides AI-generated analysis of football matches, including match picks, confidence scores and risk levels. The service is for information and entertainment only.

2. No betting advice and no guarantees

  • Predictions are statistical estimates. They can be wrong and do not guarantee any result.
  • Nothing in Kicko is betting, financial or professional advice. Kicko does not take bets, handle money for bets or link you to a bookmaker.
  • You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the app. If you gamble, do so legally and responsibly, and seek help if gambling becomes a problem.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kicko.

4. Accounts

You can use Kicko without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google to keep your subscription and profile across devices. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by following the steps on the account deletion page.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Kicko offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and usage limits. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect. If a price changes, the store will notify you as its rules require.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Deleting the app or your Kicko account does not cancel a subscription.

6. Tokens and rewards

Free users can open match analyses with in-app tokens, earned through daily bonuses or by watching rewarded ads. Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire or be reset. We may change how tokens are earned or used.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Kicko for any unlawful purpose;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the app or its servers;
  • abuse the token, ad or subscription systems, for example with automated tools or modified apps;
  • copy, resell or redistribute content from the app without our permission.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, the Kicko name and logo and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded Kicko from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

9. Disclaimers

Kicko is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that match data and predictions will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, profits or data, arising from your use of Kicko, including any losses from bets or other decisions based on its predictions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access if you break these terms. You can stop using Kicko at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
